The premium sensation comes from typography, photography, copywriting and visual pacing. We replicate the structure well. The sensation gets close at the right design tier.

The more honest path is investing where it actually moves the needle in perception and cutting what doesn't. The 3 paths below are calibrated to that reality, with Growth as the recommended baseline for a solid entry into the category.

    What happens

    Kickoff call (60 min), brand reference review, technical requirements check, content audit (what photos, copy, products you have), design moodboard alignment.

    What you do

    Send me your existing brand assets, product list (Excel/CSV), 3-5 reference websites you love, payment preference confirmations.

  2. 02

    Design

    1-2 weeks (varies by tier)

    What happens

    Design direction (Launch: theme customisation in Shopify admin · Growth: theme + custom sections · Brand: full custom design), 1-2 rounds of revisions per page, final approval.

    What you do

    Review designs within 48 hours, give specific feedback (not "I don't like it"), approve final direction before build starts.

  3. 03

    Build

    1-4 weeks (varies by tier)

    What happens

    Theme installation, all integrations setup (payment, shipping, search, reviews), product import, page building, custom code where applicable, app configuration.

    What you do

    Provide product photos and descriptions on time, respond to clarification questions within 24 hours, test the staging link when invited.

  4. 04

    Launch

    2-3 days

    What happens

    Final QA (mobile + desktop testing, full checkout flow with real test order, email flow testing, speed audit), domain connection, SSL, store goes live.

    What you do

    Be available for the launch window, sign off on go-live, share the launch on your channels.

  5. 05

    Post-launch support

    7-60 days depending on tier

    What happens

    Monitoring of first orders, fixes for any issues, optimisation based on real customer behaviour, training on managing the store independently.

    What you do

    Forward customer questions, share what's working and what isn't, decide if you want a Care Plan after support window ends.
